Who we are

Cogniusy is operated by RYVER SRL, a company registered in Belgium under company number BE0792856323. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, for both free-to-use visitors and Enterprise customers.

Free / consumer use

Cogniusy's games and tests (everything under /games and /tests) can be used without an account. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from these visitors, and we do not use tracking or profiling for this part of the site.

Enterprise use

Data handling for Enterprise assessments — including any webcam, microphone, or gaze/face-verification data collected during a monitored test session — is governed by the data processing terms agreed in the customer contract signed with the hiring organization, not by this public policy. In summary:

• Identity/proctoring verification during an Enterprise test is performed live only. No video or audio recording is captured or stored.
• Assessment results and related test data are stored on DigitalOcean (digitalocean.com/legal/privacy-policy) infrastructure.
• Test data is deleted automatically 90 days after the candidate completes the assessment.
• Exact data categories, retention, and processing terms for a given engagement are set out in that customer's contract with us.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any strictly necessary cookies are limited to what is required for the site to function.
