1. About Cogniusy
Cogniusy is operated by RYVER SRL, a company registered in Belgium under company number BE0792856323 ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. Free use
The games and tests offered at /games and /tests are provided free of charge, without an account, for personal practice purposes. They are training exercises only — Cogniusy is not a certified psychometric assessment and results should not be treated as an official IQ score.
3. Enterprise use
Access to Cogniusy Enterprise assessment tooling is provided to a hiring organization under a separate signed contract. That contract governs the specific service level, data handling, and usage terms for that customer and its candidates, and takes precedence over this page for any conflict. See our Privacy Policy for a summary of how Enterprise assessment data is stored and retained.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
5. No warranty
The free service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practicing with Cogniusy will result in any particular outcome on an official test.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
